We set out to help the owner improve his overall kitchen operation. By imbedding ourselves into this restaurant’s ops, we were able to achieve the following:

FoodHandlers and/or ServSafe Certification for ALL staff, Consistent improvement in health inspection scores of 85 or higher - goal is 100%, TCS food temperature logging policies, refrigeration monitoring and reporting, food labeling software design, cleanliness standards - implementation and maintenance. Through our own proprietary app, we have been able to create records that even our health inspectors say they’ve never seen anything as robust and well designed!
